Lecturing Knight: Wayne Harrell

Wayne Harrell originally joined the Elks and the Tallahassee Elks Lodge in 2006 and had a brief stint as the Lodge Esquire before moving from Tallahassee in 2007. He returned to Tallahassee in 2010 and rejoined the Lodge and served as the Chaplain. Wayne is the Lodge Antlers Newsletter Editor and volunteers in many of the Lodge events. He recently became a member of FSEA Social Media Group. Wayne currently works with the Agency for Health Care Administration, State of Florida as a Government Operations Consultant III in the Information Technology Division. He is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) and the Administrator for the Agency Laserfiche Document Management System. He has an extensive civilian work history in several fields since retiring from the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant in 1990. Wayne earned a B.S in Organizational Management from Covenant College, Lookout Mountain, GA in 1996.
